  • In-Class Activities — 10 pts
  • Code Reviews — 24 pts
  • Concept Checkpoints — 12 pts (4 of them)
  • Final Project — 18 pts

Concept Checkpoints

  • Four short, low-stakes in-class checks
  • Spread across the semester
  • Each covers material since the last one

Late Work

  • 4 tokens, no questions asked
  • Extend a deadline 2 weeks, or resubmit a project
  • Apply before the deadline when you can

AI Tools

  • Not for generating code early on — practice matters first
  • A dedicated, guided unit in Week 13
  • You'll always explain your own code
